     Rates will be displayed at checkout based on "Ship To" address and weight of order.

     International customers must call or email for shipping estimate.

Orders are processed twice each business day at 9am and 2pm. Most orders placed before 2pm are shipped same day. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed and are subject to change. Weather delays, supplier delays, and other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control may impact delivery time. Orders placed with K.M. Thomas Company Limited over $1,000.00 require a signature for delivery. K.M. Thomas Company Limited is not liable for packages left at the door. It is highly recommended that an adult is available to sign for the package at the shipping address you provide.

Order Status
Refer to the product information provided online for availability status. If a product you have ordered is not available for shipment, we will contact you via email within 24 hours after the order is placed providing an estimated shipping date. At this time, you may opt to ship ahead all products on the order that are in stock, or wait until the entire order is available to ship.

The item you ordered may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience. Many backordered items are restocked within 3 - 10 days, and ship within one to two weeks while some Adams Rite products may take up to 6 – 8 weeks. Anticipated delivery dates are dependent upon our suppliers and other factors beyond our control, and are subject to change. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship your product to you as quickly as possible.
